In these few days a lot has come across my path but what is the most important frequency that we can connect to is that which is of high frequency.
Shed all of those lower vibrational programmings, feelings and thoughts and be blissful as often as we can.
Continue to do your shadow work and let go of all that is not of service to your greater good.
