What is a chakra chart? Hand symbols, mudras and what they actually mean. Tandra and tantric yoga to help build back up intamicy, instead of the usual jump on breed, that was taught. Words and breakdowns so no confusion. It is important to have as less confusion as possible... If anyone know connects in their specific spiritual or physcial field that can help with this stuff. Meditation, aligning chakras, kundalini energy healing and frequency meditation, and herbalism. anybody know how to use a sound bowl, meditate to look into self and soul. detailed easy instructions, breakdowns. How and where to grow. Get and build this stuff. Stuff needed and whatnot. make things easy accessible because cash scares people off. Also always in here, to encourage others to make youtube vids, streams, social medias, in real life communities about how to do these certain things, to help others. Health wise and other. It is important to teach people how to research on and offline. it is important to find solutions for those always saying no, but, busy, don't got people they can. whatever. teach how to find sources and primary sources on and offline to get people going. there needs to people from both sides working on both sides. teach what is false and not. there are a ton of false history vids and info out there. teach how to see what is what and how to take what from what. difference between real and a.i and deepfake. to have cross the world connections to call and check to see if what was shown on tv or social media was real, or fake. i feel this can be a great foundation on both sides. there needs to be easy communication these communities both in the server and outside it. also to out the way on and offline to find and talk, set up interviews with like minded people to help spread with good intentions... also record, archive and share rashad's videos. for wider spread and just in case. this is important. also help breaking down rashad's lectures, coming to together and speaking about it thorough, because one may know something more than the other. it is important that we talk after a lesson to grow more, and be stronger through communication. whoever is an expert on the spiritual side of things and meditation, can help those who have issues or problems learning how to. if any knows then we can help each other. break things down to a simple level. create detailed notes and share them, bounce off each other.
