Once a day grapes pineapples water fish sometimes I go the whole day without eating
I eat once a day as well & I started eating more fruit, drinking more water, more veggies…I have to research some electrical foods
No fast food, fruits, fish, potatoes, and water. I eat one time a day exercise I lift weights not bodybuilding style.
