I feel just fine. At 1st I lost too much weight and had to put in a few pounds(thats a 1st lol) but once I figured out how to balance my meals I was good to go. I set my intention & followed through. Now just the smell of meat cooking makes me nauseous(you can smell the rot). I cant touch it. "They said I had HTN(high blood pressure) but I don't now. I overall feel great. No meat/No dairy. Best choice I ever made.
