You would have to YouTube for specific recipes but I’ve seen grounded walnut used as a substitute and also mushrooms. I use to do beyond meat but it’s extremely worse than regular when I did they research …never would I eat any of it again 🤮

Stir fry noodles with vegetables like cut up peppers, the noodles can be from the ramen noodle packs and you can just throw out the little seasoning pack they have or use it if you want, rice and beans have all the nutrients you need to survive and I recommend seasoning the rice and beans with the Goya culantro packets that can be found in the seasoning section or Spanish section, or you can season it with Adobo, you can put both those seasonings on pretty much anything and it hits every time, other food options are Mash potatoes, Oatmeal, broccoli Alfredo pasta, you can get the Morningstar spicy black bean patties and cut it up to use as a meat substitute and those are the options just off the top of my head I’m sure Google can help you find more options, happy cooking👨🏻‍🍳

Eye have seen jackfruit being used for a lot of meat substitutions. Had a version of a sloppy joe with it one time. My husband did not like it. But it’s a substitution that you have to become accustomed to.

Yeah don’t use beyond meat or impossible he owns both it’s part of his depopulation agenda. You can still make some bomb ass spaghetti reflection just use morning star brand and the gardein brand and you’ll be straight
