If you want to help RJ the best way to do so is by sending him energy, with protective energy. Your duty to Self is to always see that your energy is always charged. Just like your phone if it’s not charged it won’t work. We need a whole lot of energy especially in our brains 🧠 always see that your defense system ( White blood cells, kidneys, spleen bone marrow, liver etc) is well charged, when it is you build up that energy and they will protect you. No one or nothing who wants to harm you won’t have a chance to do so. It’s important to know how your body functions and the relationship it has with your environment. It goes deeper but I am sure you understand the message. That’s why I always tell y’all to stay in a happy state of mind.
