Eye have been feeling very off lately , not meditating as much and not being on the forum as much As eye used too . My energy has been off as well but eye notice it everyday an still try too say affirmations too lift myself up . Or listen too high frequency music when Eye am feeling down. Things are going too get better for sure, for you , me and everyone else who share these same emotions.
