I think that with the current snow storms in most places it’s covering up the skies and they can’t cover the skies all over the planet at the same time. So, these anomalies are able to pop in and out just like that and they are ready to be seen by the planet. The powers that be are not saying anything when there is plenty to be said. Eye have the video where it’s there then it completely disappears.
