I heard somewhere that we used to meditate for 9 hours a day, let’s see if we can get back to it and really detach from this illusion
TIPS:
1. if you close your eyes and slowly move your eyes from left to right without moving your head it stimulates both hemispheres of the brain
2. Make sure your taking in this sunlight every day (you can meditate in your room when it’s dark)
3. Tell yourself ”I love you“ in the mirror when you wake up (start the day right)
