I say start with energy and then chakras crystals meditation and anywhere from there

I like this. I know everyone starts out differently. I started out with the 7 universal laws, Astrology, Tarot and Shadow work. Now Crystals, Meditation, chakras, etc..

I’d say shadow work and meditation. You can’t tap into nothing if you haven’t healed!

Not going to lie this how I was heavy and low-key still is.
