Well for me God, eye had to face it, make P.E.A.C.E. with it. But it came in different ways in different stages. But Eye first had to set the intentions that Eye wanted to heal and then the universe went to work on my behalf and place me in alignment with the experiences necessary that would promote and allow that healing to commence. Shadow work is also a journey within a journey. For me eye just set my intentions to heal because there may be traumas that are deep that you may not be subconsciously aware of due to the extent of the trauma. That’s where your divinity will help you to reveal and release those low vibrational energies. As eye say, it’s different for everyone but this is my current experience.

Shadow work is working on your low vibrational traumas that keeps you from your ascension. It could be anything. Only you know what they are. For me, it was my childhood, my birth mother, an absent biological father, molestation, Christianity because I always had questions about it, just to name a few. It’s different for everyone but hopefully what I had to deal with gives you an idea of what it can look like. One love.💜
