From my innerstanding and interpretation, the creation of “the cross” which came after the Ankh was conceptualized with it’s original intent being that to shift the level of consciousness & energies by belief into a more masculine level of consciousness & energies with the intent of patriarch control.
The DECEPTION in disguise allowed those who believe in the associated religions the ability to harness the energies and frequency from those beliefs to manifest those TRUE intentions into fruition.
