Fam….the new energies that are within our atmosphere may have a physical toll on us.
Eye myself is feeling hella drained today but Eye am also changing my eating habits to be more in tune with the new frequencies.
But from an inner perspective, eye feel peace even during this spiritual war.
Eye have also commenced my soul to its proper plasmic frequency because Eye am fully aware that this can go either way during these changes. Eye Am One with the process so Eye have made PEACE with it.
Although this is a spiritual warfare, Eye feel this unexplainable calm.
This energy change is also revelational for it will bring out the truest of who you are.
You may have energy one day and feel drained the next day but always know that it’s the shift that’s causing it.
They are also playing with the atmosphere as well but there is a cleansing that’s going on from our galaxy even with them constantly contaminating the atmosphere.
Continue to work on your shadow self and bring resolve unto your being.
Meditate, even if you feel you don’t know how.
Practice makes perfect and it will naturally come back to you for you will begin to remember. You just have to have a starting point.

Eye’ve been feeling the rising frequency and vibration of the planet everyday. The new energy feels amazing. Eye noticed though Eye’ve been getting better quality sleep lately and Eye’ve been starting to get messages. Yesterday eye was laying down and eye started hearing voices it was like a group of people were having a conversation.
