Rashad Jamal Condition are he’s only allowed to get out 30 minutes day. Only other time he comes out when his wife and other people from TheUCI sent up video calls. He has no one to talk to in the cell. The temperature is freezing cold. He is surrounded by white walls no sun light. Not able to send or receive letters unless it’s a white post card. It’s like he’s in been in the hole for 3 months! He need to be released now they have broken their own law. His wife expresses the Mental trauma that her and his daughters are going through the youngest one has nightmares about when they got pulled over!
