In my unsolicited opinion…..

Many will take Bezo’s statement as a meaning that certain civilIans on planet Ki can’t go into space. Only astronauts or those who are in the billi club can attain such feat.

But my take on it is that he knows that only a certain species has the DEA properties that is of plasmic origin that has enough quantum properties to exit this plane in plasmic form. Enough thrust to escape the firmament.

Not every species on this plane has the capability to leave this plane. But the Etheric Being with neuromelanin can because of plasmic, sun properties.
