okay so my sister caught this on camera otw to work her job is like 5 miles away from my moms house. She said at 1st it was sitting still then when she got out the car to record it started to move slowly. This girl in the same city as me we both follow eachother on instagram shes one of us yall and tell me why her brother seen the same shit but his look slightly different fron mines like the glow looked bigger n was moving faster. What is this somebody? Or any thoughts suggestions lets talk about it lol ima try to upload the one the girl brother caught its the same one but its another viedo of it.
